The Courier Settings page is where you configure how your courier app looks to customers on invoices and emails. The General tab focuses on your basic business identity and branding.


General tab: Business details

In the General tab you set the core business information used across the courier module.

Fields include:


Business Name – The name that appears on courier invoices and customer emails.


Business Email – The contact email shown to customers on courier communications.


Business Locations – A textarea where you list each location on a separate line; these locations can be referenced on courier documents.


These details are printed on invoices and included in customer‑facing emails, so they should match your official courier business information.


General tab: Business logo

You can optionally upload a business logo file so invoices show your logo instead of plain text.

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG.

Maximum file size: 2MB.

If no logo is uploaded, your business name will be displayed instead at the top of invoices.


Saving your settings

After updating any business fields or uploading a logo, click Save General Settings to apply the changes. These settings immediately affect new invoices and customer emails sent from the courier app.
