Courier Branches let you manage multiple physical locations and route customers and packages to the right place.

What courier branches are for

Use branches when your courier business has more than one location (for example: Main Office, Downtown Branch, Airport Branch).

Each branch can represent a pickup or drop‑off point where customers can collect or send packages.

How client‑portal users select a branch

When a customer registers on your client portal, they will see a Branch or Location field and can choose the branch that is most convenient for them to collect packages.

Their account and future packages will be linked to that selected branch, so your team knows which location should handle their pickups and customer service.
