Customers - Customer Details
The Customers page lists all courier customers in your account and is the main place to search for and manage customer records. From here you can open an individual customer to view their details, packages, and invoices.
Typical actions on the Customers page include:
Searching for a customer by name or email to quickly locate their record.
Clicking a customer’s name to open their Customer Details page.
Adding new customers (when available) so they can be linked to courier packages and invoices.
Customer Details page
The Customer Details page shows a complete snapshot of an individual customer, including contact info, account status, and activity with your courier service. At the top of the page you can return to the main customer list using the Back to Customers link.
Header and status
The page header displays the customer’s full name and their current status (for example, Active). This lets you immediately see whether the customer is active and available for new packages and invoices.
