Settings - Booking Settings page
The Booking Settings page controls how your booking system behaves: time zone, formats, booking gaps, and automation rules for completion and cancellation. These settings affect all services and bookings in your FaddishBooking account.
Timezone and formats
Timezone: Choose your local timezone so all booking times display correctly for you and your clients.
Date Format: Select how dates appear (MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD).
Time Format: Choose between 12‑hour (AM/PM) or 24‑hour time display.
Booking intervals and capacity behavior
Booking Interval (minutes): Sets the minimum time between bookings (5–480 minutes), which defines the size of available time slots on your calendar.
When a capacity service is booked, no other services can be booked at the same time: When enabled, any booking for a service with Capacity set will block all other services from being booked in that same time slot.
Lead time and booking window
Booking Lead Time (hours): Defines how many hours in advance a booking must be made; set to 0 for no limit.
Future Booking Window (days): Limits how far into the future clients can book, between 1 and 365 days.
Auto-complete and auto-cancel rules
Automatically mark bookings as completed after the set hours: When enabled, bookings are automatically marked as completed after they pass a certain number of hours.
Complete After (hours): Number of hours after the booking end time to auto‑complete the booking (1–720).
Automatically cancel unpaid bookings after the set hours: When enabled, unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled after the configured time.
Cancel Unpaid After (hours): Number of hours after booking creation or end time to auto‑cancel unpaid bookings (1–720).
Handling unpaid bookings on the schedule
Hide unpaid bookings from Schedule and allow others to book the same time: When enabled, bookings with no completed payment are hidden from the Schedule and do not block availability or capacity.
Click Save Settings to apply any changes you make on this page.
