Create Manual Bookings
The Manual Bookings page lets you create bookings yourself without the customer using the online booking form. It is ideal for phone reservations, walk‑ins, or any appointment you need to enter on behalf of a client.
Client information section
Choose an existing client from the Client dropdown or select “+ Add new client” to add someone new.
Enter or confirm the client’s email, name, and phone number so they can receive confirmations and reminders as configured.
Booking details section
Select the Service from the service dropdown to define what the client is booking.
After selecting a service, the Booking Type will be set based on that service’s configuration.
Set the Duration (minutes) to control how long the appointment will last.
Choose the Start Date using the date fields or the date picker, and set the Start Time using the time fields or time picker.
Add any internal or client‑facing Notes in the notes box for extra context about the booking.
Payment details section
The Total Price field shows the calculated price for the booking and is read‑only on this screen.
Enter a Coupon Code if the client is using a promotion you have created.
Tick the Mark as paid checkbox if you have already collected payment for this booking through another method (cash, transfer, etc.).
Saving or canceling a manual booking
When all required fields are completed, click Create Booking to save the appointment to your bookings list and calendar. If you do not want to keep the changes, click Cancel to return to the main Bookings page without creating a new booking.
