Payment Transactions page

The Payment Transactions page shows a list of all payments processed through your FaddishPay buttons. It is the main place to review, search, and filter individual payment records.

Filters and search

At the top of the page, you can narrow down which transactions are shown.

Search: Find transactions by customer name, email, or other text.

Payment Button: Filter by a specific payment button or view All Payment Buttons.

Status: Filter by All Statuses, Completed, Pending, or Failed.

Start Date / End Date: Set a date range using the month/day/year fields and the date picker, then click FILTER to apply it.

Transactions table

Below the filters, a table lists each payment transaction with key details.

Columns include:

Date – The date the payment was created (for example, Feb 06, 2026).

Payment Button – The button used to collect the payment (for example, POS Payment).

Product/Service – The specific product or service paid for, if one was linked (shown as “—” when none is attached).

Customer – Customer name and email address.

Amount – The amount paid and currency (for example, USD $1.00).

Status – Current payment status, such as Completed or Failed.

Transaction ID – The unique identifier for the payment.

Actions – Links such as View to open the payment details, and Mark Paid when available for certain failed or pending items.

This page gives you a clear, filterable history of all your FaddishPay payment activity in one place.
